Responsible for end-to-end employee cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance and compensation management, grievance management, and off-boarding.
Develop, review, and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
Provide HR business partnering by collaborating with department managers on HR and administrative matters.
Execute and manage annual performance appraisals, yearly salary reviews, promotions, and variable bonuses.
Oversee office administration, including procurement, contract management, office space organization, and employee insurance administration.
Process monthly payroll, tax clearances, and government contributions.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
5+ years of HR experience.
Well-versed in the Philippine Labour Code and statutory rules and regulations.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, resourceful, collaborative, and driven to deliver results.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
You will also be responsible for conducting initial interviews to narrow down potential candidates for the hiring manager. Additionally, you will schedule interview appointments between chosen candidates and the hiring manager.
